Job Description:

Maintaining Partner’s personal files
2. Maintaining good relation with all firm members;
3. Solving any problem situations within the capacity internally or with client;
4. Arranging Partner’s calendar for internal, regional and global meetings, in addition to clients meetings;
5. Handling In/out partner e-mails/faxes/ letters & Time sheet.
6. Maintaining and updating Admin files (contact for the Partner) and updating them
7. Preparing Clients' engagement letters files, if any;
8. Maintaining Jobs’ record (invoices, payments, ROFs) for a limited number of engagements;
9. Translating (Arabic/English) and vice versa, and (Arabic/ French) if any;
10. Handling Partner’s travel arrangements business and sometimes personal (ticket booking and hotel reservation)
11. Maintaining Partner’s equipment maintenance & services, stationery, florist, etc;
12. Coordinating between the Company’s departments (Partners, Directors, Managers and staff) and the Partner
13. Directing correspondences i.e. mail, faxes, letters, bank reconciliation, etc… to the concerned parties;
14. Ensuring that events and conferences are booked properly in advance for Partner and related parties;
15. Keeping Admin file & formats for ease of access for everyone
16. Issuing all PRs related to the Partner
17. Supervising assigned office boys/cleaners & security services;
18. Update subscriptions for the Partner
19. Coordinating efforts with the Associations that the Partner is member in different associations.
20. Accessing the Company’s general mail and addressing/ directing the mail to the concerned parties (we usually receive Tax/ FAS requests to this mail).

minimum 5 years in Adminstartive/secretarial work



Education Requirement:

Bachelor Degree - Business Administration or any other related major



Job Requirement Essential:

Excellent command of English Language (both spoken and written)
Excellent user of Microsoft Office and its applications; Word, Excel, Powerpoint



Job Requirement Desirable:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time and set priorities.
