Job Description:
Review and analyze current core/support processes in operational business functions (e.g. sales, purchasing, manufacturing/operations, finance, admin, HR) to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop “To-Be” processes to improve performance.
Develop and document policies and procedures manuals to complement the improved processes.
Develop process Key Performance Indicators.

Years of Experience Required:
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a relevant function.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or any relevant degree.
Job Requirement Essential:
Certified Process Professional (CPP)/ Certified Process Manager (CPM) would be an asset
Job Requirement Desirable:
English and Arabic proficiency, additional language would be an asset
Microsoft office skills
Presentable, strong communication , leadership and interpersonal skills
