Participate in the Due Diligence/valuation including for various Merger & Acquisition transactions , work as a team member for the Due Diligence/valuation Perform analytical procedures/Market analysis/Financial analysis
Gather relevant information related to the target, market and surrounding economic Macro and micro economic environment. Draft Due Diligence valuation reports

Education Requirement:

Bachelor Degree of Commerce or Business Administration –Major Accounting or Finance

Job Requirement Essential:

Experience in the financial due diligence/ valuation/ audit field within multinational environment
CFA/MBA/CPA would be an asset

Job Requirement Desirable:

English and Arabic proficiency, additional language would be an asset
Microsoft office skills
Presentable, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Completed, exempted or postponed national military services status for males
