Job Description:

Supervise, manage and oversee the team of HR consultants
Identifies issues clients may not recognize; and recommends solutions that are appropriate for client and business/regulatory environment.
Resolves any differences of opinion with team, consulted expertise and within the team and engagement leadership resulting in delivery of quality work product.
Gains respect from client for knowledge, quality of work, technical expertise and project management.
Solicits and acts upon client feedback.
Successfully resolves project issues.
Demonstrates a broad array of communication styles in meetings; use of open ended questions, ability to make meetings interactive.
Demonstrates confidence and expertise in the presentation of new ideas and deliverables.
Stays at the forefront of emerging technical issues and developments.
Recognized as a technical expert within the group.
Plays a role in execution of innovative solutions and application of technical knowledge and best practices.
Leads development of new methodologies or approaches to address client or Firm needs.
Maintains active credentials.
Prepare annual budgets and set selling targets as well as performance targets for the team.

Years of Experience Required:

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in HR consulting



Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or any relevant degree



Job Requirement Essential:

MBA/HR would be an asset



Job Requirement Desirable:

English and Arabic proficiency, additional language would be an asset
Presentable, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates strong leadership, negotiation and persuasion skills
