Job Description:
PricewaterhouseCoopers is one of the world’s largest professional services organizations and employs more than 1,000 partners and professionals staff in the Middle East Region. Within this practice, PwC’s L&E team are responsible for identifying, and responding to, technical, business and soft skill needs, demands and issues across the region.
Based in Abu Dhabi, reporting to the L&E Director and liasing with Middle East Region (MER) Leaders, the successful candidate will be required to communicate company wide L&E strategy across the region and where necessary design / deliver development solutions. They will liase with Global, Territory and cross PwC L&E teams to ensure the regions participates in and leverages firm wide general skills and industry programmes.
Applications will be welcomed from individuals with at least 5 years of work experience in L&E, with a background in co-ordinating, designing and delivering learning solutions. Ideally applicants should have an understanding of assurance and/or professional services consultancy practices (useful but not essential). They should be a proactive self starter with strong communication and influencing skills, strong project management skills and experience of previously managing projects involving gaining the cooperation and commitment of leaders. Presentation skills and exceptional communication skills are prerequisite. The role involves travel throughout the region and therefore flexibility is crucial.
