Job Description:
Based in Abu Dhabi and reporting to the Audit partner the successful candidate will be closely involved in the management of key account relationships, the development of the practice area and leading & providing professional development and guidance for a team. Responsibilities will include:
• Providing engagement management and/ or participation in development methodology
• Playing lead role in identifying and tracking business opportunities for external audit services in CIPS industry area
• Playing a lead role in client retention, relationship building, and communication
• Playing a lead role in management planning, economics, and billing
• Playing a substantive/ lead role in developing a strong relationship with internal PwC resources and develop a strong network of working relationships within the broader PwC international network

Years of Experience Required:
Applications will be welcomed from individuals with a minimum of 10 yrs of external audit experience & 5+ years in a management role in any one of the big 4 accounting/auditing firms.
Education Requirement:
Candidates will be degree qualified and hold professional accountancy qualifications
Job Requirement Essential:
Applicants will be qualified accountants. Candidates should have extensive experience of having lead and developed a team in an audit environment. These are client facing roles so exceptional presentation and communication skills in English are prerequisite.
Job Requirement Desirable:
Arabic language skills would be advantageous and will be additionally rewarded.
